Roman Catholic Diocese of Viedma

The Diocese of Viedma (Latin: Dioecesis Viedmensis, Spanish: diócesis de Viedma ) is a location in Argentina Roman Catholic diocese based in Viedma.

History

The Diocese of Viedma was posted on April 20, 1934 by Pope Pius XI. built with the Papal Bull Nobilis Argentinæ Nationis out of territory of the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires. The diocese is the Archdiocese of Bahía Blanca is a suffragan. The Diocese of Viedma was in its history several times parts of its territory from the creation of new dioceses.
