Roman Catholicism in Hungary

The Roman Catholic Church in Hungary has six million Catholic Christians. In addition to twelve dioceses, four of which are archdioceses, is for the 290,000 Greek Catholics in the country who are celebrating their worship according to the Byzantine rite, a project managed by jurisdiction Apostolic Exarchate and a bishopric.

The central organ of the Hungarian bishops is the Hungarian Catholic Bishops' Conference.
