Roman Sedláček

Roman Sedlacek ( born January 12, 1963 in Těšany ) is a former Czech football player.

Career

Roman Sedlacek began his career in the former Czechoslovakia at TJ Vitkovice. In the second half of the 1985/86 season Sedlacek ran for the then second division TJ Gottwaldov. From 1986/87, the striker played for Sigma Olomouc.

In 1991 he moved to the German first division club Hansa Rostock, for whom he played in 24 games the following season and scored four goals. At the end of the season Hansa Rostock dismounted.

Sedláček next stop was the then second division side FC Remscheid, for he 1992/93 18 games played, but also relegated after one season. After Sedlacek played the Oberliga side Eintracht Braunschweig and FC Neubrandenburg.

In summer 1994, Sedlacek returned to the Czech Republic and joined the FK Jablonec. 1995 played the attacker for Svit Zlín.

In addition, Sedlacek approached for the national football team of Czechoslovakia. For the banns of the country at the 1990 World Cup he was not considered.
