Romeo y Julieta (cigar)
Cigars Romeo y Julieta brand is one of the oldest and most famous cigar brands from Cuba.
History
The brand was founded in 1875 by the tobacco farmers Alvárey y García. 1903 took over Rodriguez Fernandez, former head of a large cigar factory, the brand. Targeted marketing campaigns he made the brand famous. So he left for about famous personalities bands with their names and gave them the finished cigars. So there is still named after Churchill format. Cigars Romeo y Julieta are long-filler premium cigars medium strong to strong aroma.
Today, the brand and the factory Partagas in Cuban state-owned. There is yet another cigar of the same name, made in the Dominican Republic.
