Ron Brown (American football)

Ronald James "Ron" Brown ( born March 31, 1961 in Los Angeles, California ) is a former American track and field athlete and Olympic champion.

At the Olympic Games in 1984 in his hometown of Brown was in 10.26 seconds in the 100 - meter race in fourth. The U.S. 4 × 100 m relay in the cast Sam Graddy, Ron Brown, Calvin Smith and Carl Lewis, he ran in the final with 37.83 seconds world record.

After the Games, he finished his career as an athlete and as a Wide Receiver was professional in American Football. From 1984 to 1991 he played with the Los Angeles Rams with the exception of the 1990 season, in which he took for the Los Angeles Raiders.

At the 1984 Olympics, Brown was 1.80 m tall and weighed 84 kg.
