Ronan is a city ( City ) in Lake County in the U.S. state of Montana.

The village is located about 20 kilometers south of Flathead Lake at the foot of the Mission Mountains, part of the Rocky Mountains.

The original name of Spring Creek was renamed in 1893 in honor of Major Peter Ronan from the Flathead Reservation.
