Rookworst

Rookworst ( Dutch for smoked sausage ) is a smoked sausage ring from the Netherlands. They are available in two versions as rough and as fine Rookworst. It is an integral part of the Dutch cuisine and is mainly used in stews such as Stamppötten use.
