Playas de Rosarito is a municipality in the Mexican state of Baja California with 90,000 inhabitants. It is bordered to the south to the municipality of Ensenada, on the west by the Pacific Ocean and on the north to the municipality of Tijuana.

Headquarters and by far the largest city in the municipios is Rosarito. Nearest large towns are Ampliación Ejido Primo Tapia and plan Libertador.

Mayor Javier Robles Aguirre is the PRI.
