Roschdy Zem

Roschdy Zem ( born September 27, 1965 in Gennevilliers, France ) is a French actor and director of Moroccan origin.

Life

Roschdy Zem was born in 1965 in Gennevilliers, the son of Moroccan immigrants. As a child he spent many summer holidays with foster parents in Belgium, while his parents in Morocco made ​​holiday, but Zem and his four siblings could not take. In addition to French and Arabic, he speaks Flemish since then. He was trained as an actor and appeared in 1987 in Les Keufs directed by Josiane Balasko first time in a film. 1991 gave him director André Téchiné a role in his film I kiss not ( J'embrasse pas ), in which Philippe Noiret and Emmanuelle Béart played the lead roles.
