The Roscoe River is a tributary of the Amundsen Gulf in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories in the far north of Canada.

The Roscoe River has its origin in the Melville Hills northwest of the Bluenose Lake in Nunavut. It flows in a northwesterly direction, the arctic tundra landscape and crossed the border with the Northwest Territories. In the middle reaches of the river flows through the Tuktut - Nogait National Park. In the lower reaches, the Roscoe River turns north. Finally, the Roscoe River flows into the Amundsen Gulf. Roscoe the river has a length of about 150 km.
