Roseburg is a city in southwestern Oregon. It is located in one of the numerous valleys around the Umqua River in Douglas County. In 2004, the city had 20,447 inhabitants. The economic and population growth, as well as the geographical conditions are very similar to the smaller neighboring Sutherlin.
