Rosevear, Isles of Scilly

Rosevear is an uninhabited island of the Isles of Scilly and the main island of the Western Rocks. The island is primarily known for the large number of ships that are sunk in their shallows. Thus died here in 1784, the opera singer Ann Cargill, as The Nancy sank off the island. Your mind is still haunted on the island according to different stories. Another well-known wreck, which can still be visited today, the cargo ship Cité de Verdun in 1925 went down off the island.
