Ross 154 is a red dwarf tenth magnitude in the constellation Sagittarius, the counts at a distance of about 9.7 light years of the sun coming stars. The star belongs to the class of flare stars and contributes as a variable star V1216 Sagittarii the name. He was discovered how many near dark stars by its high proper motion by Frank Elmore Ross in whose catalog he was given the number 154. The nearest neighbor of this star is Barnard's star, which is 5.4 light years away from Ross 154.
