Rototom

A Rototom is a drum without. It consists of a rotatable hoop of metal, which spans a single coat, which can be changed by simply rotating the tire of this clamping head tension. The Rototom is played with sticks.

Because of the lack of boiler sounds a Rototom pure and quieter than a normal Tomtom, which is why it is usually used in addition in the form of three sets to an existing drum kit. Drum Sets, consisting only of rototoms are rare.
