Rouge River (Ontario)

The Rouge River (in French Rivière Rouge ) is a river in Ontario, Canada. It rises in the territory of the Oak Ridges Moraine in the municipality of Richmond Hill and ends in the city of Toronto in Ontario. Is named after the River Rouge Beach beach at the mouth location. The river also flows through the town of Markham. It has a catchment area of 337 square kilometers. At the southern end of the river is also located the Rouge Park.
