Round steak

A rump steak is a flat from the sirloin or its extension, the hip, cut, about 200 to 300 grams heavy steak from cattle. It usually has on the long side a white border of relatively solid fat. In a fried of different degrees of cooking, it is often with different sauces and sides - fries, potato salad or fries like - served.
