The Route nationale 29, just N 29 or RN 29, was a French national road.
History
The road was in 1824 between the N28 north-east of Neufchatel -en- Bray and the Belgian border at Quiévrainfestgelegt. It goes back to the route impériale 32. Her length was 192.5 km. In 1933 it was expanded to include the section between a road junction with National Road 14 (from 1949 N13bis ) east of Yvetot and the N28 east of Saint- Saëns, whose length was 44 km. 1973 her path from Amiens was changed to La Capelle:
- N 29 at Yvetot - N28
- Interrupted by N28
- N 29 N28 - Amiens
- N 35 Amiens - Longueau
- N 336 Longueau - Estrées -en- Chaussée
- N 44 Estrées -en- Chaussée - Saint- Quentin
- N 30 Saint- Quentin - La Capelle
2006 was a complete downgrade of N 29 to Territory roads. Between Yvetot and Saint- Quentin runs parallel to the A29 today, their number as the A28 is based on the National Road.
N29a
The N29A was from 1933 to 1973 a side branch of the N29, which branched off from this in Cambrai west of the center and as a bypass led to the N17. 1933 this road was briefly part of the N342A. In 1978, the road part of the new N30.
N2029
The N2029 from 1989 to 2006, a side branch of the N29, which it included the old route, as this was done north to Poix- de -Picardie.
