Rouvroy-en-Santerre

Rouvroy -en- Santerre ( Picard: Rouvroé -in- Santerre ) is a northern French village with 196 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier, in the canton of Rosières -en- Santerre and is part of the Communauté de communes du Santerre.

Geography

The church in the countryside Santerre is immediately west of the department D34 road at the junction of the D131 and D161 roads department about 9 km northwest of Roye.

History

The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
