Royal Exhibition Building

The Royal Exhibition Building is an exhibition building in the Carlton Gardens in Melbourne ( Australia). It served, inter alia, for the Melbourne International Exhibition, which took place from 1 October 1880 to 30 April 1881. The building and Carlton Gardens were registered on 20 July 2004 in the Australian National Heritage List since 2004 and are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
