Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron

The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron is an Australian private yacht club was established in 1862 with headquarters in North Sydney (East Kirribilli ). Commodore of the club is Andrew McIntyre.

The club conducts its own races (eg "Annual Squadron Cruise ", "Sunday Points Core Series " and " Varuna Trophy Race" ) by and promotes in particular the latitude and youth sports. Latter since 1960 " Squadron 's Youth Sailing program". Since 1982 there is an offshore division.
