RR Donnelley ( RRD) is a US-based company with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

The company is managed by Tom Quinlan (CEO). The company was founded in 1864 under the name of RR Donnelley & Sons by Richard Robert Donnelley, Reuben H. Donnelley whose son was continuing the publisher. The division cartography was spun off in the late 1980s as an independent company Geosystems; Geoysystems later became MapQuest, part of the U.S. company Time Warner. In the 1990s and 2000s, RR Donnelley acquired various companies. In February 2004, the company merged with Moore Wallace Incorporated. In 2007, the Indian company Office Tiger and the publisher Banta Corporation were acquired.
