It was developed rapid test in the United States and Germany for the FBI and the CSI. In Germany it is mainly used by the criminal investigation agencies and investigative agencies for pre-test for further laboratory analysis. This allows the amount of negative DNA tests reduce the laboratory, as not human even before DNA can be excluded.
