RTL Televizija

RTL Televizija (often also called RTL Hrvatska) is a private television station in Croatia. The station is owned 100 % of the RTL Group.

The TV station went on the air on 30 April 2004, after the third national television channel of Croatian Radio Broadcasting Company HRT was made for private providers. RTL Televizija was awarded the contract and uses since the frequencies of the former third program ( almost everywhere freely receivable ). The transmitter was to Nova TV, the second national commercial operator in Croatia.

Numerous programs are in-house productions. There are, for example, the tabloid magazines and Exploziv Exkluziv, the talk show Sanja, Reality TV shows like Big Brother and the soap opera Zabranjena ljubav. The program is supplemented by films and series from abroad, sports coverage and the news program Vijesti with the main issue at 18:45 clock.

The program is oriented content on the German model, RTL Television. Not only the visual appearance similar to the German program, but also some program formats have been adopted and are sometimes also aired the same transmission time (for example, the news or the tabloid magazines ).

Since 2010, RTL Televizija is broadcast digitally, along with the end of 2010 to sister -down station RTL 2
