RTP Ãfrica
RTP África is an existing since 1998 antenna -bound television channel for the Portuguese-speaking African countries in possession of the Portuguese telecommunications company RTP ( Rádio e Televisão de Portugal). The program comes from public and private television channels in Portugal, as well as African, public broadcasters. RTP África has its own news, food and music shows. The transmitter has been specially designed for the Lusophone ( Portuguese-speaking ) countries of Africa Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea- Bissau, Cape Verde, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe and the cultural exchange between them and Portugal and for the Portuguese -born populations of these countries. Pursuant to an agreement RTP África also sends portuguese synchronisiserte programs of the United Nations.
The primetime news program of RTP África Repórter, focuses on Daily News for the mentioned five Lusophone countries. RTP also sends soap operas, movies, series, documentaries and African entertainment shows.
