RTV21

Radiotelevizioni 21 (short RTV ) is a broadcaster in Kosovo that radiates among other things, the eponymous television RTV21.

RTV 21 was established in 1998 in Prishtina as Internet radio. After the start of the war in Kosovo in 1999, the headquarters was initially later moved to Skopje and back to Prishtina. After returning to Prishtina, the broadcaster, the concept of a private television station began to develop. 2000, the station was licensed nationwide and beamed daily at first a two-hour program, which was increased in 2001 to 18 hours. Since 2002, the transmitter emits a 24 -hour full program that consists of 70 percent of in-house productions. In September 2007, another television program was started with the music channel 21 Plus, to the folk music transmitter 21 Popullore, the children's program Junior 21, the cultural channel 21 MIX and the business channel were 21 Buessines and an official YouTube channel. The 2200 square-foot building Sheshi belongs to broadcaster 21 ( Square 21 ), which is rented to event organizers.

RTV 21 sends since January 2012 as the first digital terrestrial transmitter in Kosovo. Since 31 December 2012 RTV 21 transmits in HD format. He is the first station in Kosovo and in the Balkans, which sends in Full HD format and produced.

Shows

The station is in addition to various news broadcasts mainly cultural and entertainment programs such as zihet for example Dicka po or the magazine program from Relax. Also the first season of Shpija e Kosovës aired on RTV 21.
