Ruben Schaken

Ruben Schaken ( born April 3, 1982 in Amsterdam, North Holland ) is a Dutch footballer who is mainly used in the attack. He stands in the 2012/13 season in the squad of Feyenoord Rotterdam.

Career

Schakens professional career began in the 2002/03 season at SC Cambuur - Leeuwarden in the Eerste Divisie. He played three years at BV Veendam also in the Dutch second division. With VVV -Venlo he got 2009 in the Eredivisie, a year later he moved to Feyenoord.

On October 12, 2012 Schaken debuted at the age of 30 years and six months in the national team. Bond coach Louis van Gaal summoned him to the team that took the World Cup qualifiers in the Feyenoord Stadium De Kuip against Andorra. In the 3-0 victory achieved Schaken the third goal.
