Rüdesheimer Kaffee

Rüdesheim coffee is a 1957 by Karl Hans Adam invented for Asbach coffee specialty from Rüdesheim am Rhein. It is a popular beverage in coffee houses.

In a special vessel, the Rüdesheim coffee cup, Asbach is Uralt heated with sugar cubes and flambé. Subsequently, strong coffee is added, covered with a vanilla sugar whipped cream topping and served with chocolate chips scattered about.
