Rudno, West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Rudno ( German name: Rudy, Belgard ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the municipality Tychowo ( Tychowo ) in a circle Białogard ( Belgard ) and has 40 inhabitants ( 2006).

Rudno located 14 kilometers north of Połczyn Zdrój (Bad Polzin ) and eleven kilometers south of Tychowo on the province road No. 167 ( Połczyn Zdrój ) Ogartowo ( Jagertow ) - Tychowo - Niedalino ( Nedlin ) - Koszalin ( Koszalin ) in a landscape level, the Dębnica ( Damitz ) flows through that a little later in the Parsęta ( Persante ) opens. Stations are Połczyn Zdrój at the track Kostrzyn nad Odra ( Kuestrin ) - Grzmiąca ( Gramenz ) and Świdwin ( Schivelbein ) - Polczyn Zdrój or Tychowo at the track Kolobrzeg ( Kolberg) - Białogard ( Belgard ) - Szczecinek ( Pommern ).

The former Gutsbezirk Rauden belonged before 1945 to the municipality of Women (now Polish: Stare Dębno ) and is this place still closely linked. Before the war, the church ladies belonged to the Official Zadtkow ( Sadkowo ) and to the registry office Muttrin ( Motarzyn ) in the district Belgard ( Persante ). District court area was Bad Polzin ( Połczyn Zdrój ), and the gendarmerie had their posts in ladies. Last municipality mayor was Konrad Schellenberg.

Ecclesiastical Rudy was the parish in the parish ladies and thus belonged to the parish Muttrin ( Motarzyn ) in the church Belgard ( Białogard ) in the church of the Evangelical Church of Pomerania Old Prussian Union. Last German minister was Pastor Herbert Venske.

Today Rudno is a village within the Gmina Tychowo in powiat Białogardzki. It now belongs to the parish Koszalin ( Koszalin ) of the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland in the Polish Evangelical-Augsburg Church.
