Rudolf Ising

Carl Rudolf Ising ( born August 7, 1903 in Kansas City, Missouri; † July 18, 1992 in Newport Beach, California ) was an American producer and director of animated films, especially during the numerous collaboration with Hugh Harman -known cartoon films turned.

Biography
