Rudolf Usinger

Rudolf Usinger ( born June 7, 1835 in Nienburg, † May 31 1874 in Bremen ) was a German historian.

Life

Rudolf Usinger studied at the University of Göttingen history and habilitated there as a lecturer. 1865 he was appointed professor at the University of Greifswald, where he transferred to the University of Kiel in 1868. There he made ​​himself as Secretary of the Association for Schleswig-Holstein history of great service in promoting the history of these parts of the country.
