Rudolf Vogel

Rudolf Vogel ( born November 10, 1900 in Planegg; † August 9, 1967 in Munich) was a German actor and radio speaker.

Life

Rudolf Vogel was a son of Alfred Walter of Heymel, co-founder of the Insel-Verlag in Leipzig. He grew up with adoptive parents and made the Munich Max -Gymnasium Abitur. In 1918, he made ​​military service and was then worked in the banking industry. Rudolf Vogel graduated from 1922 to 1924 his acting training at Constantine Delcroix in Munich. On October 17, 1924, he was on stage for the first time. From 1926 to 1929 he was at the State Theatre in Munich and then to 1944 at the State Theatre, where he remained until he was called up in 1944.

After the war bird belonged from 1948 to the ensemble of the Munich Studio Theater. He was the Franz Moor in Schiller's The Robbers, dervish in Nathan the Wise, Minna von Barn-helm in host, Lucky in Waiting for Godot, Geronimo in The Taming of the Shrew, Jacques in As You Like It.
