Rudy Ulloa

Rudy Fernando Ulloa Igor ( born April 1, 1960 in Puerto Natales ) is an Argentine- Chilean media entrepreneur. He was considered a foster son and one of the closest confidants of the Argentine president Néstor Kirchner.

While Néstor Kirchner was governor of Santa Cruz province, Rudy Ulloa took over the TV station Canal 2 from Río Gallegos. In 2001 he founded the newspaper El Periódico Austral. Jorge Lanata stated in 2007 that Rudy Ulloa took over the newspaper Página/12 in the meantime.
