Rueso District
Amphoe Rueso ( Thai: อำเภอ รือเสาะ ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) of Narathiwat Province. The Narathiwat province is located southeast of South Thailand, at the border to Malaysia.
Geography
Adjacent counties and regions are ( from northeast clockwise): Amphoe Bacho the, Yi - ngo, Ra Ngae and Si Sakhon province of Narathiwat and the Amphoe Bannang Sata and Raman Yala province.
History
The area of present-day county Rueso was originally a tambon in district Tonyongmon, today Rangae. 1913 Tonyongmon was upgraded to a small district ( King Amphoe ) consisting of six tambon. In 1917, he was renamed Rueso. On October 1, 1939 Rueso got the full Amphoe status.
Management
Amphoe Rueso is divided into nine subdistricts ( tambon), which continued in 71 village communities ( Muban ) are divided.
Rueso ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล รือเสาะ ) is also the name of a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district, it consists of parts of the tambon Rueso and Rueso Ok ..
In addition, there are nine " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
