Rules of Engagement (TV series)

Rules of Engagement is an American sitcom that was broadcast on 5 February 2007 to 20 May 2013 when the U.S. television network CBS. The show will be broadcast on ORF in Austria, as well as one on Puls 4, in Germany the series was seen in one cable. Since November 2012 Comedy Central Germany has taken the series into the program. Produced the series of Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions.

The series was a Other replaced by CBS as a so-called "mid -season replacement" for the show, The New Adventures of Old Christine, which is a mission to the middle of the television season, ordered. Twice the series was itself replaced by the short-lived series namely Mad Love and Rob, which were deducted in each case after only one season.

Content

The series tells the stories of two couples and their single friend in dealing with dating, their relationship and marriage. The different relationship types and levels are represented by Oliver Hudson and Bianca Kajlich as newly engaged couple ( who know each other in the first episode only seven months when they get engaged ), Patrick Warburton and Megyn Price as already longer married couple (twelve years in the first sequence) and David Spade as their single friend who usually has only short affairs.

The series includes a total of 100 episodes in seven seasons, with already 35 episodes of the first three seasons ran as German Original Air Date on kabel eins.
