Rumon Gamba

Rumon Gamba (born 1973 ) is a British conductor. He has made himself especially with his recordings of classic British film music an international name.

Life

Training

Rumon Gamba studied music at the University of Durham and then conducting at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where Colin Metters, George Hurst and Sir Colin Davis were among his teachers. Career as a conductor
