Rump cover
As Picanha (Portuguese ) is called the tail of beef in South American cuisine, particularly the Brazilian cuisine.
In contrast to the Bavarian-Austrian boiled beef the fat layer is left on the muscle meat at slaughter and butchering. Thus it is particularly suitable for roasting and grilling dishes like Churrasco.
