Run is the fifth and final single from the album at the same time the British singer Amy Macdonald from her first studio album, This Is the Life. The song was released on 3 March 2008 in the UK. Was written the song by Amy Macdonald himself, it was produced by Pete Wilkinson. On the cover she is wearing a black and white striped top and looking the viewer directly in the eye. In the 3- track single is additionally the songs Youth of Today ( Live from SWR3 New Pop Festival 2008), Dancing in the Dark ( Live from SWR3 New Pop Festival 2008) and included the music video for Run as B-sides and at the 2- track single is the song rock n roll Star (Acoustic ) as a B-side.

When writing to Amy Macdonald presented as Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of The Killers would sing the song.
