Rushmi Chakravarthi

Rushmi Chakravarthi (born 9 October 1977 in Hyderabad ) is an Indian tennis player.

Career

Chakravarthi has been able to win 11 singles titles and 34 doubles titles on the ITF Tour. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games she won the bronze medal in the doubles side of Sania Mirza. By the ITF, she received a wildcard for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. However, at the site of Sania Mirza she was disqualified in the first round of the doubles competition. Since 1994 she takes for the Indian Fed Cup team.
