Russ Tice

Russell David Tice ( born August 27, 1961 in Maryland) is an American former intelligence officer.

He worked in various intelligence services of the U.S., most recently for the NSA. In the years 2005/2006 he reported to the U.S. Congress as whistleblowers unauthorized telecommunications surveillance by these authorities.
