Rustam Minnikhanov

Rustam Minnikhanov Nurgalijewitsch or Röstäm Nurğäli Uli Miñnexanov ( born March 1, 1957 in Nowy Arysch, Rajon Rybno - Slobodski, Tatarstan, Russia ) is a Russian politician and motor sports. He was Finance Minister from 1996 to 1998 and from 1998 to 2010 Minister -President of the Russian Federation, Republic of Tatarstan.
