Rustam Minnikhanov

Rustam Minnikhanov Nurgalijewitsch or Röstäm Nurğäli Uli Miñnexanov ( born March 1, 1957 in Nowy Arysch, Rajon Rybno - Slobodski, Tatarstan, Russia ) is a Russian politician and motor sports.
