Rudolph Hendrik " Ruud " Kaiser ( born December 26, 1960 in Amsterdam, Netherlands ) is a former Dutch football player and current coach. He is an expert in youth development. He is currently employed as a manager at Lierse SK.
Career
As a player
Ruud Kaiser played in his 14 - year professional career as a striker for Ajax Amsterdam, among others, where he was Dutch champion and cup winner, Royal Antwerp FC, Coventry City, OGC Nice and FC Den Bosch.
As a coach
After the end of his playing career, he began a coaching career. His first stop here was the Dutch second division TOP Oss, where the Emperor was in charge from 1991 to 1997 a member of the coaching staff and the athletic development of the club. From 1997 to 1999 the Dutch coached the club RBC Roosendaal.
From 1999 Ruud Kaiser worked at youth level of the Dutch Football Association.
