Ruukki

Ruukki [ru ː k ː i] is a place and a former municipality in the north- western Finland. On 1 January 2007 merged with Ruukki the coastal community Siikajoki; the new municipality performs only the name Siikajokis on, but the place has Ruukki as an administrative center.

Ruukki is located in the hinterland of the countryside Nordoesterbotten about 50 km southwest of the city of Oulu at the river Siikajoki.
