Ryan Craig

Ryan Craig ( born January 6, 1982 in Abbotsford, British Columbia) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player standing since 2012 with the Springfield Falcons in the American Hockey League contract.

Career

Ryan Craig began his career as a hockey player with the Brandon Wheat Kings, for by 2003 he was active from 1998 in the Western Hockey League. During this time he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2002 in the eighth round when a total 255 players from the Tampa Bay Lightning. But first, Craig stood from 2003 to 2005 per a season long for their farm team of the American Hockey League, Hershey Bears and the Springfield Falcons, on the ice before the Canadians in the 2005/06 season his debut in the National Hockey League for the Lightning was. In July 2010 he moved to the Pittsburgh Penguins. After the training camp, he was admitted to the AHL squad of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and appointed in November 2010 as the captain of the team. After expiry of his contract he signed in the summer of 2012 as a free agent contract with the Springfield Falcons of the AHL where he is also team captain.
