Ryan France

Ryan France ( born December 13, 1980 in Sheffield ) is a retired English footballer who was active last at Sheffield United and was preferably used in the left midfield.

Playing career

Ryan France began his career as a winger in the amateur club Alfreton Town. From there, he succeeded after his studies degree in "Sport & Exercise Science" and mathematics at the Nottingham Trent University in 2003 jump to Hull City, which still was playing in the Football League Third Division.

With Hull reach France, who occasionally acted as a full-back, three climbs in just four years, and thus the jump to the Premier League. There he graduated in the 2008 /09 season only two Premier League football and released after the expiry of his contract in June 2009, together with eight teammates for a change of club. On 24 July 2009, he joined the second division Sheffield United, having previously played for in vain at city rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
