Ryan Sook

Ryan Sook is an American comic book artist.

Life and work

Sook, who hails from California, since the early 1990s working as a professional cartoonist.

Among the series, for which he has since drawn, included, among other things, The Spectre, Hawkman and Superman: The Man of Tomorrow for DC Comics, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel for Topps, BPRD (?) for Dark Horse, and X-Factor for Marvel Comics. There are also mini- series like Arkham Asylum: Living Hell, or One-Shot Seven Soldiers: Zatanna.

Among the authors with whom Sooks has most frequently worked together in the past, indifferently JM DeMatteis and Peter David.
