Ryder (Band)

Ryder, had a short-lived British band that was formed to participate in the Euro Vision Song Contest. The members were Maynard Williams, Dudley Phillips, Paul Robertson, Andy Ebsworth, Geoff Leach and Rob Terry.

After the British Ryder preliminary decision with Runner in the Night: had won ( Engl. runner in the night), they were the United Kingdom in 1986 represented at the Euro Vision Song Contest, where they finished seventh.

The song Runner in the Night did not reach the charts.
