Ryszard Kornacki

Ryszard Kornacki ( * 1940 in Lublin, General ) is a Polish writer.

Kornacki studied literature at the Maria Curie - Skłodowska University ( UMCS ) in Lublin and lives in Międzyrzec Podlaski, whose honor he is a citizen since 1977 since 1961. Since his literary debut in 1959, he appeared as a writer of poetry, children 's literature, stories, aphorisms and essays in newspapers and magazines and also became known through broadcasts on the radio and television. He is the recipient of several literary awards and plays an active role in Polish culture operation.
