Ryszard Parulski

Ryszard Parulski ( born March 9, 1938 in Warsaw) is a Polish fencer and Sports Association official. His main job is a lawyer.

Biggest sporting achievements:

• World Fencing Championships 1961 - World Champion in the foil (Single)
• World Fencing Championships 1963 - world champion in épée ( team), vice world champion in foil (Single), vice world champion in foil ( team)
• Olympic Summer Games 1964/Fechten - Vice Olympic champion in foil ( team)
• Olympic Summer Games 1968/Fechten - bronze medal in the foil ( team)
• World Fencing Championships 1969 - Vice World Champion in the foil ( team)
• Quadruple Polish champion in foil 1959-1969.

After the end of his career he founded for former athletes, the foundation " Gloria Victis ", its first president was. Between 1990 and 1992 he was Vice- President of the Polish Olympic Committee.
