S.B.V. Excelsior

SBV Excelsior (Stichting Betaald Voetbal Excelsior ) is in German speaking countries better known under the Germanized name Excelsior Rotterdam and is a Dutch professional football club, who comes from the Rotterdam district Kralingen - Crooswijk. Home games are played in Woudestein Stadium, which can accommodate 3,531 spectators. With Excelsior, Sparta and Feyenoord Rotterdam is the only city in the Netherlands, which has three professional football clubs.

Excelsior Rotterdam from 1997 to 2005, a farm team of the Rotterdam club Feyenoord neighbor. This means that Feyenoord had young players on loan for a certain period of Excelsior, so that they can gain contest experience there at a lower level.
