RKK Energia (Russian Ракетно - космическая корпорация " Энергия » имени С.П.Королёва - Raketno - Kosmitscheskaja Korporazija Energia imeni SP Koroleva, English: SP Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia ) is Russia's largest aerospace company.

History

The company was founded in 1946. It bears the name of its former chief designer Sergei Pavlovich Korolev and was partially privatized in 1994. In 2007, acquired Roskosmos and thus again the state Russia the company. The company currently employs about 25,000 people.

The company is located in Korolev north of Moscow.
